The Dutch Chamber of Commerce is a public national informative source, which monitors all economically active subjects. The trade registry provides a possibility to obtain important details on the company or sole proprietors registered in the Netherlands.
The Extract may be used in order to be able to identify whether the company is officially registered, be able to prepare legal contracts and deals, to obtain information about counterparties, the date of registration, the issued capital, as well as certify who the authorized signatory on behalf of the company is.
The request for the extract in English and/or Dutch is handled within one working day (excluding weekends and official holidays in the Kingdom of the Netherlands). The request form should be sent to email address: info@juridconsult.nl The scanned copy of the original extract in English and/or Dutch would be provided by email within 24 hours, followed by the original by registered mail or courier. The costs of registered mail and courier are billed separately in accordance with the rates of delivery service.
Electronic copy of extract in Dutch without an apostille stamp: 27,00+21% VAT;
Original extract in English or Dutch without an apostille stamp: €56.00+21% VAT;
Original extract in English or Dutch with an apostille stamp: €118.00 +21% VAT;
Sworn translation of the extract : starting from €75.00 VAT (Depending on the target language).
