Dan moet dit document meestal eerst officieel worden gelegaliseerd. Zonder deze bevestiging van echtheid wordt het document in Rwanda doorgaans niet geaccepteerd.<\/p><p data-start=\"606\" data-end=\"839\">Het kan hierbij gaan om onder meer: huwelijksakten, diploma&#8217;s, notari\u00eble documenten, VOG&#8217;s en KVK uittreksel.<\/p><p data-start=\"606\" data-end=\"839\">Voor gebruik in Rwanda is in veel gevallen een apostille vereist. Dit waarmerkt de handtekening en bevoegdheid van de Nederlandse instantie die het document heeft afgegeven.<\/p><p data-start=\"924\" data-end=\"1094\">JuridConsult verzorgt dit traject volledig voor u. Wij regelen de formaliteiten bij de bevoegde rechtbank, zodat u zelf geen tijd verliest aan administratieve procedures.<\/p><h2>Legalisatie volgens het Apostilleverdrag<\/h2><p data-start=\"1149\" data-end=\"1343\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.rw\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rwanda<\/a> is aangesloten bij het Haags Apostilleverdrag. Dat betekent dat \u00e9\u00e9n apostille van een Nederlandse rechtbank voldoende is om uw document geschikt te maken voor officieel gebruik in Rwanda.<\/p><p data-start=\"1345\" data-end=\"1430\">Een aanvullende <a href=\"https:\/\/www.juridconsult.nl\/nl\/diensten\/legalisatie-van-documenten\/\">legalisatie<\/a> via de ambassade of het consulaat is hierdoor niet nodig.<\/p><p data-start=\"1432\" data-end=\"1624\">Twijfelt u of uw document eerst moet worden opgevraagd in een specifieke vorm of instantie?
