The job was eventually completed, but the overall experience did not meet expected service standards.
Communication was slow, with repeated back-and-forth on details that had already been agreed. I was willing to pay upfront to avoid delays, yet still had to wait several days at the end because the invoicing address was requested only on a Friday after working hours.
The expedited (“speed”) service was advertised as 1–2 weeks but took around 2.5 weeks to deliver the document, which delayed my visa process and pushed back my job start date. Despite this, I was still charged for the speed service.
This is really not about additional €50. It is about accountability and basic customer service standards when offering an almost €500 service.
