Apostille voor documenten: gebaseerd op de Haagse Conventie en erkend door de internationale wet, bestaat er sinds 5 mei 1961 de mogelijkheid om door middel van een apostillestempel het legalisatieproces van buitenlandse documenten te vereenvoudigen.

Het is alleen mogelijk om een Apostillestempel te verkrijgen voor het land waar het document geldig moet worden verklaard. Wanneer u bijvoorbeeld een legalisatieverklaring nodig heeft voor een document uit Nederland, dient het gelegaliseerd te worden in Nederland. De Nederlandse rechtbank geeft Apostillestempels uit in de volgende talen: Nederlands, Engels, Duits, Frans, Spaans en Italiaans.

Er moet echter rekening gehouden worden met het feit dat niet alle landen deelnemen aan de Haagse Conventie. Hier vindt u een lijst met alle deelnemende landen.

Documenten bedoeld voor gebruik in landen die niet onder de deelnemende landen van de Haags Conventie vallen, dienen te worden gelegaliseerd door corresponderende ambassades / consulaten van het land waar het document gebruikt dient te worden.

Luis and his team deserve 5 starts! We found them through youtube when I was puzzled with all rules and regulations for my apostille for my birthcertificate which I needed very fast! His movies explained easily what it was, and what needed to be done. We decided to make use of his services, there are many providers but all of them request you sending your birth certificate across seas. I didnt feel comfortable with this but with Luis he accepted a photocopy and organized everything for us within 3 days! I was very amazed by the quickness and the updates from his side.
