You can use the Dutch company extract for different reasons:

3 types of legalisation – Legalisation of documents

How long does it take to receive a Dutch Company extract by the Dutch Chamber of Commerce?

The request for an extract in Dutch or English will be processed within one working day. This is therefore excluded from weekends and public holidays in the Netherlands. The request you can submit by completing the request form here of by sending us an e-mail letter to info@juridconsult.nl

A digital copy of the original extract in Dutch or English will be sent to your e-mail within 24 hours. The original will be sent by registered mail or by courier. The additional costs of the registered mail or courier are invoiced separately (rated depend on the delivery address).

Kvk Extract costs

Depending on extract you want to obtain the following costs are involved:

Electronic copy of the extract in Dutch without an Apostille stamp: € 15.00 +21% VAT;
Original extract in Dutch or English without an Apostille stamp: € 69.00 + 21% VAT;
Original extract in Dutch or English with Apostille stamp (4-5 working days): € 144.00 + 21% VAT;
Original extract in Dutch or English with Apostille stamp (1 working day): € 194.00 + 21% VAT;
Certified / Sworn translation of the extract (excluding extract costs stated above): starting from € 75.00 +21% VAT (depending on the target language);
Postal charges of the original within the Netherlands: € 6.50 + 21% VAT.

Be careful with this company, I sent the documents and there is no contact with them. Nobody answers the phone and they do not respond to WhatsApp messages. They also change the prices, I received a different price over the phone and after sending the documents I got a double price. They wrote good references themselves!!!

Luis and his team deserve 5 starts! We found them through youtube when I was puzzled with all rules and regulations for my apostille for my birthcertificate which I needed very fast! His movies explained easily what it was, and what needed to be done. We decided to make use of his services, there are many providers but all of them request you sending your birth certificate across seas. I didnt feel comfortable with this but with Luis he accepted a photocopy and organized everything for us within 3 days! I was very amazed by the quickness and the updates from his side. The price was also the best price which I could find on the internet with the best service.
