JuridConsult Legal Services acts as a data controller and as such, has contractual reasons for obtaining and keeping personal data you provide to us individually or as a representative of your company. We value your privacy and care about the way in which your personal data is treated therefore we only collect your basic personal data, provided by you which does not include any special types of information.
Why DO we need your data
We need to know this basic personal data in order to conduct business with you, and so that we can contact you about any legitimate interests, including but not limited to, checking your availability for services that we can offer you, sending you a business correspondence, updates to our terms and conditions that you need to be aware of and other occasions. We will not collect any personal data from you that we do not need.

Your name, email address, contact information, proof of qualifications, and bank details or other payment information.
How DO we collect your data
JuridConsult Legal Services only collects your data directly from you. We do not engage third parties to provide us with your personal data.
WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR DATA
Access to your personal data is granted to JuridConsult Legal Services employees only. We reserve rights to share your personal data also with some of our external suppliers (accountancy service provider, IT service provider etc.) under a written agreement which commits to safeguard your personal data and implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
You are entitled to:
- Request information regarding the processing of your personal data, including being provided with a copy of your personal data;
- Request the correction and/or deletion of your personal data, or object to the processing of your personal data;
- Request the restriction of the processing of your personal data;
- Lodge a complaint to your local data protection authority, or to a court of law, if your data protection rights are violated.
