Higher education diplomas (without a list of grades or ant other inserts).

Any documents that have not been issued in the permitted form are referred to as exceptional documents. Such as powers of attorney, deeds of incorporation, prenuptial agreements, contracts, correspondences and other documentation of a legal, economic, technical and medical nature. A sworn translator has the authority to make official translations of certified documents. Rules on this are laid down in the Sworn Interpreters and Translators Act (Wbtv). The translator must be registered with the Register of sworn interpreters and translators (Rbtv). When that is the case, it means that the translator has taken a vow or an oath in court.
